Why Diamond Hitch?

A diamond hitch is the last knot to secure the load carried by a pack horse. Creating a diamond pattern on the top of the pack, this knot helps to keep the load stable regardless of terrain. Our freeze-dried food is shelf stable for up to several years, contributing to food security, and our meals are so delicious they are a perfect fit to any setting!
